つまり解消方法

1) まず Pod 状態を確認(これが最優先)

ここで、portal-api-xxxxx のうち 新しい方Pending / ImagePullBackOff / CrashLoopBackOff / Running(0/1) どれかを見ます。


2) “詰まってる Pod” を特定して describe(原因はここに出ます)

まず Pod 名を取ってから:

これでほぼ原因が確定します。


3) パターン別:次に打つコマンド

A) Pending の場合(スケジュールできてない)

describe の Events にこういうのが出ます:Insufficient cpu/memory / node(s) had taint / pod has unbound immediate PersistentVolumeClaims など。

→ ここで資源不足なら一旦 replicas: 1 に落として通すのが早いです(後で戻す)。


B) ImagePullBackOff / ErrImagePull の場合(イメージ取れない)

patch-api-image.yaml の image 名/タグ/レジストリ認証あたりが原因です。


C) Running だけど 0/1 Ready(readiness probe 失敗 or アプリ落ちてる)

ここで ImportError / 設定不足 / env不足 / DB接続失敗 がほぼ出ます。


4) いまの変更で起きがちな “ありがち原因”

今回 patch-api-env.yaml で env を置き換えているので、base で必要だった env(例:PYTHONPATH、JWT_SECRET、OPENAI_API_KEY の参照先など)が消えると新Podだけ起動しません。

なので、ログにそれっぽいのが出たら次で確認します:
